3. Orders, Payments & Cancellations

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled within one hour, provided it hasn’t been dispatched. Partial cancellations are not permitted.

We accept secure payments via UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery (COD). Glopop may refuse or cancel an order at its sole discretion, especially in the case of suspected fraud or misuse.

 

4. Returns & Shipping

All our products go through careful quality checks, and due to hygiene reasons, they are non-returnable once delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours, along with an unboxing video. We will issue a refund or replacement after verifying the issue.

Orders are shipped from our warehouses across India and typically delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
