When Are Refunds or Replacements Allowed?

2. Wrong Product Delivered

3. Missing Products in Shipment

Glopop Cancellation Policy
At Glopop, we want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. Please read our cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team.
Once the order is processed and dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Since our product is a personal care/skin cream, we do not accept cancellations or returns once the product has been shipped, opened, or delivered, for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Refunds on Cancellations
If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Wrong or Damaged Orders
In case you receive the wrong product or a damaged/defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images, and we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
