Shipping policy

At Glopop, we aim to dispatch your skincare and haircare essentials swiftly and securely. All confirmed orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, slight delays may occur, but we do our best to maintain prompt service. For orders within India, the estimated delivery timeline is 5–7 working days. International orders may take up to 15 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day.

1. Shipping Coverage & Charges

We offer nationwide shipping across India and international delivery to select countries, making our glow-boosting products and haircare solutions accessible worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location. Free shipping is available on eligible orders and will be clearly indicated on applicable product pages or during checkout. All packages are securely sealed and quality-checked to ensure safe delivery.

2. Processing Time

Upon confirming your order, we aim to process and ship all skin products for glowing skin within 1-2 business days. Orders for face products for glowing skin may require additional time for handling and packaging, but we prioritize a swift processing time.

3. Shipping Time

Our shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic Orders: Expect delivery of your face glow products or best products for glowing skin in India within 5-7 business days.
  • International Orders: International deliveries may take up to 15 business days for regions outside India.

We ensure that all skincare products for glowing skin are safely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Order Tracking & International Duties

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor the shipment’s status. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate. For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes may apply based on your country’s laws. These charges are not included in our pricing and must be borne by the customer at the time of delivery, if applicable.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your glow-up products are shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. You can use this to monitor your order’s progress, ensuring you stay updated on the status of your skin care products for glowing skin.

6. Damages, Missing Items & Support

In rare cases where an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at the provided customer care email. Include relevant photos or an unboxing video to help us verify and resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the case, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund. We take great care in packaging each product to avoid any transit damage, but if such concerns arise, rest assured—we're here to help.
